CARE IN A FACILITY

Living in a community doesn’t always mean every need is fully met.

Compass provides one-on-one care in independent living, assisted living, and nursing communities. We work alongside staff to add an extra layer of care, attention, safety, and consistency.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How we complement care in a facility

How is this different from what the facility provides?

Facility staff support many residents at once. We provide one-on-one care focused entirely on your loved one. It’s an added layer—not a replacement.

Can we use this short term?

Absolutely. Many families use us after a hospitalization, during recovery, or while adjusting to a new environment. Others continue longer-term for added consistency and support.

Can you work with the staff and nurses there?

Yes. That’s a core part of what we do. We communicate with staff, follow care plans, and make sure everyone is on the same page.

Is this only for assisted living?

No. We provide care in:

  • Independent living

  • Assisted living

  • Memory care

  • Nursing and rehab settings

How do we get started?

Start with a quick conversation. We’ll learn more about your situation, answer questions, and coordinate next steps—including connecting with the facility if needed.
