ABOUT COMPASS
Maine-owned.
RN-Led and Built for Families like Yours.
Compass Concierge and Companions is not a franchise or staffing agency. We’re a small, locally rooted business that believes the details of life matter enormously to the quality of life. The compass in our logo is more than just a visual element—it reflects who we are and how we serve.
It represents guidance, direction, and trust. Just as a compass helps people find their way, our team is here to help clients and their families navigate the often overwhelming journey of care. Whether someone is facing new challenges, transitions, or simply needs extra support, we provide a steady, reliable presence.
OUR STORY

LEADERSHIP & OFFICE TEAM
The people behind your care.
We know every caregiver personally. Here are the leadership and office team you’ll meet with as a client of Compass.
Coralee DiBiase, RN
Cori, our owner, is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience across diverse hospital settings and brings a deep and well-rounded clinical foundation to Compass. Her extensive background equips our team to thoughtfully meet the complex and evolving needs of the clients we serve. At the heart of her approach is a genuine commitment to ensuring every client feels seen, heard, and valued. With a passion for delivering personalized, one-on-one care, she has fostered a culture that prioritizes dignity, compassion, and the attentive support every individual deserves.
Outside of her work, Cori enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and stepson, along with their two dogs—a Shih Tzu and a goofy Bernese Mountain Dog. In the summer, you’ll often find her on Sebago Lake, and she loves traveling and making new memories with her family whenever she can.
